Align with Chanda was created to bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit—bridging the gap between movement, breath, and energy to cultivate true alignment. Founded by Chanda, a dedicated yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and sound practitioner, this platform is a reflection of her personal journey of resilience and transformation.

Born in Akron, Ohio, and a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor’s in Integrated Studies (Health Education focus), Chanda’s passion for wellness was ignited after sustaining an ACL and meniscus injury during college athletics. Yoga became the key to not only rebuilding physical strength but also fortifying mental resilience. That healing deepened as she navigated the profound grief of losing her older brother, finding solace and guidance in the practices of movement, breath, and sound.

With over a decade of practice and thousands of teaching hours, Chanda holds ERYT-500 and RYT-500 certifications, along with specialized training in sound healing, breathwork, and Reiki. She also serves as a medic in the Army National Guard’s medical battalion, further reinforcing her understanding of the body’s capacity to heal.

After owning a physical yoga studio for three years, Chanda has transitioned Align with Chanda into an online sanctuary—breaking geographic barriers to reach a global community. Her mission is to create an inclusive space where people can reconnect with themselves, integrate healing tools into their daily lives, and move toward true balance. Whether through online classes, workshops, or immersive experiences, Align with Chanda is here to support your journey to alignment, one breath at a time.
